Fantastic when you need a nap n go sort of place. Basics are covered, cost is fantastic. Great nights sleep!

Quiet place, fairly decent and clean. Close to restaurants and grocery stores, movies, and the park.

I just needed an inexpensive place to sleep on my way from SF Bay Area back to Corvallis Oregon. It's half to one-third the price of most hotels and pretty basic. On the negative -- the pool was pretty dirty, so I didn't even lap swim. "breakfast" is a sweet roll and coffee., no frills in the room..... However.... It has free WiFi, decent cable tv, clean room, nice bed, frig and microwave. Movie theater, good café food and small grocery store within walking distance. I have read "complaints" but considering the great price, I can put up with the lack of amenities. Would I stay again?.... under the same circumstances -- yes. For a night with the wife, probably not, unless she was up for it. The bargain price saves $$ for other things.

Seems to have been recently improved. The negative reviews from a year ago don't match my experience. Vintage everything all works properly. Concrete walls reduce any noises from outside. Cash deposit was a slight hassle, otherwise the staff were all friendly and professional. I hope to stay here again.

Good place to pass the night on the way north or south to sleep and take a shower in Red Bluff, nothing more.
